Jun 14, 2011 · Well, I live there and have since I was little, it wasn't a problem when I was little but now I'm 14, it's a problem, I try to invite friends over to stay and some won't come over because that it's in Toxteth and people who do come, there parents are like like ':O TOXTETH? be careful down there', what's so bad about it, I know there was riots but that was in the 80's..
